Program Manager and Program Therapist: 

Tambrya W. Klemer, LPC

Ms. Tambrya W. Klemer is a licensed Professional Counselor and has her CSAC (Certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor) and LSATP (Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner).  She has over fifteen years experience with the mental health field and has worked with both the private and public sector. Ms. Klemer has been employed as a Clinical Case Manager in the Youth, Family and Adult Clinical Services division of the H-NNCSB since 1998. In the past Ms. Klemer has been a volunteer with the Virginia Peninsula Council on Domestic Violence and Virginia Psychological Association

Substance Abuse Counselor/Clinical Supervisor: Thea G. Lawton

Ms. Thea G. Lawton has more than twelve years experience in the field of mental health and substance abuse. She just completed her curriculum and became licensed as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) in June, 2007.  Prior to her transfer to SEFP, Ms. Lawton was a clinician with the Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) which specializes in services for adults with serious and chronic mental illness.

 

Together, Ms. Klemer and Ms. Lawton bring a level of clinical expertise that ensures state of the art treatment at SEFP.
